Know About Asthma Allergy

cause of asthmatic attack.

The allergy asthma sufferers are recommended to have an inhaler with them to reduce the
congestion of respiration. The inhalers are available as preventers and relievers.
Preventers are long-term medications, which the sufferer has to use on daily basis to
prevent the risk of asthmatic attack. Relievers are short-term medications used for
preventing the congestion of breathing and instant relief from attack.

If you are suffering from asthma, stay away from dust. Do not keep any pets at home, as
it carries a lot of dust and fibers on body, which can cause congestion in chest. Have a
flooring of wood or stone instead of carpet because carpet accumulates invisible germs.
Use air purifier, lower the humidity level of your room, and use synthetic beddings to
prevent asthma. Wash your cloths and beddings in hot water to prevent the dust in your
cloths, which can be a cause of asthmatic allergy. Do not go to crowed places to prevent
congestion.
